What to Expect
Arrival TimePlease plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your initial appointment. This allows you time to complete any necessary paperwork and relax for a few minutes before your session. To provide an enjoyable experience for my guests, I cannot guarantee the full time for late arrivals that may interfere with the amount of time available for the next guest.

DisrobingYou will only be asked to disrobe to your level of comfort. Some clients choose to disrobe completely and others prefer to remain partially clothed. Once you disrobe, you will lay UNDER the sheet, face down on the massage table. I will give you a few minutes to allow the stresses of the world to melt away. I will check to make sure you are ready for me to enter the treatment room to start your treatment.

CommunicationWant your session to be what you expect from a professional therapist? Communication with your therapist is key. I was not taught to be a mind reader in massage school. Be open about pressure, if it is too much or too little, areas that may need more attention, areas that need to be avoided or even if you are too hot or cold. I want to make your experience the best I can.
